Our System Support Care Contracts are tailored to suit each of our clients' individual requirements from the type of support, the hours support is needed, payment periods or even purchasing 'credit hour' blocks if the requirement is for a more ad-hoc approach to support.

A standard Network support contract provides 4 working hour response for servers and network issues, and 8 working hour response for non-network issues. Included in the contract can be remote network monitoring and/or on-site network monitoring to provide good housekeeping routines to maintain peak performance and address potential issues.
